A family legacy from Cañas
José Ángel Mora Carmona, affectionately known as "Don Chani Mora", founded Industrias Chazoa on July 25, 1989 in Cañas, Guanacaste, with a clear vision: to preserve and share the genuine flavors of Guanacastecan tradition.
What began as a family venture became a benchmark for quality and authenticity, bringing products like horchata, pinolillo and corn rice to homes across the country.
